Police detain young man wanted by law enforcement bodies of Samara oblast, Russia

On Monday, March 21 Hovhannes Kh., DOB 1991, was detained at Akhuryan subdivision of the Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police. The young man had been wanted by Department of Russia's MIA for Samara oblast charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 161, part 2, point 3 /robbery/ since April 23, 2015.
