Wanted thief detained in Yerevan's Noragavit quarter

Thanks to special measures taken by officers from Masis police division, Rustam Ye., DO 1993, was detained in Yerevan's Noragavit quarter. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 1 /theft/ since December 22, 2015.
