Young fugitive thief detained near one of the cafes on Yerevan's Sayat-Nova avenue

On Monday, December 14 Kolya D., DOB 1989, was detained near one of the cafes on Yerevan's Sayat-Nova avenue following special measures taken by officers from Yerevan City Departmetnt of the RA Police. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, art 1 /theft/ since Decemebr 13, 2015.
