As a result of operational and investigative measures taken by the criminal detectives of “Zvartnots” airport Police Line department, on June 20, after the arrival of the Sofia-Yerevan flight, Veselin M., a citizen of the Republic of Bulgaria, was found at the airport, arrested and taken to the Police Line Department. He had been wanted by Interpol of the French Republic since October 16, 2019, on charges of bank fraud.
The preventive measure is detention.
The National Central Bureau of Interpol of the RA has been notified of the detection.
