Man wanted by law enforcers of Odessa oblast charged for murder
At 23:30 on August 1 officers of the General Department of criminal intelligence along with officers of Shengavit police division, while realizing operational data the GDCI received , detected and detained Ukrainian citizen Vitya Kh., DOB 1981, in building 11 located on Mayisi 9 street, Yerevan city. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 115, section 2, of the Ukrainian Criminal code since March 13, 2006.
Vitya Kh. is arrested and has been taken to the Place of detention in Yerevan city department of the RA police.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
