Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (June 22 – June 25)

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 104 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from June 22 to June 23.
In particular, 26 cases of swindling, 20 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 20 cases of theft of personal property, 15 cases of squandering or embezzlement, 5 cases of abuse of official power, 3 cases of robbery, 3 cases of extortion, 1 cases of official forgery or official negligence, 1 case of tax evasion, 1 case of hooliganism, 1 case of seizure of arms and ammunition, 2 cases of detection of narcotics, 1 case of intentional destruction of property, 2 cases of bribery, 1 case of use of violence against a representative of authority.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of swindling, 2 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 1 case of theft of personal property and 1 case of banditry have been detected, 6 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
Over the past 3 days, 27 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 3 persons died, 36 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
