Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (08.10.2014-09.10.2014)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, all the 13 cases of infliction of bodily damage, registered in the territory of the republic from October 8 to October 9, as well as 9 cases of swindling, 4 cases of theft, 1 case of bribery and 1 case of illegal logging were solved during the same period of time.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of theft was solved.
Over the past 1 day 5 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 1 person died, 4 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
