Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (March 31-April 3)

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 153 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from March 31 to April 3.
In particular, 61 cases of squandering or embezzlement, 26 cases of theft of personal property, 25 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 10 cases of fraud, 9 cases of robbery, 3 cases of detection of narcotics, 2 cases of residential burglary, 2 cases of intentional destruction of property, 2 cases of hooliganism, 2 cases of official forgery or official negligence, 1 case of murder, 1 case of rape or attempted rape, 1 case of kidnapping, 1 case of extortion, 1 case of tax evasion, 1 case of seizure of arms and ammunition.
9 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition were registered.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of theft of personal property and 1 case of intentional destruction of property have been solved.
Over the past 4 days, 34 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 1 person died, 52 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
