According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 76 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from May 2 to May 3, 4 of which were previously committed crimes.
In particular, 21 cases of fraud, 12 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 11 cases of personal theft, 6 cases of abuse of office, 4 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, 3 cases of battery, 2 cases of robbery and death threats, 1 case of burglary, hooliganism, drug detection, bribery, official forgery or official negligence, sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16, carrying cold arms, falsification of documents, a false report about an act of terrorism and theft of weapons.
1 wanted person has been detected, two others turned themselves in to the Police, 2 missing persons have been found, 3 cases of surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 4 cases of personal theft have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 16 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 5 persons died, 36 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
