Crime news report for the period from 12 to 15 March

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 4109 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from March 12 to March 15, 7 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 27 cases of personal theft, 14 cases of causing bodily harm, 8 cases of fraud, 6 cases of detecting drugs, 5 cases of squandering or embezzlement, official forgery or official negligence and domestic violence, 4 cases of burglary and illegal felling of trees, 3 cases of abduction, abuse of office and battery, 2 cases of seizure of weapons and ammunition and hooliganism, 1 case of theft of state or public property, intentional damage to property, vehicle theft, distribution of pornographic materials or objects, illegal deprivation of liberty, attempts to usurp power, failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel, which caused through negligence the patient’s death, drug trafficking, violations of labor protection rules, threats of murder and failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel.
7 wanted persons have been detained, 5 others turned themselves in to the Police.
5 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 2 cases of personal theft, 1 case of attempted murder, theft of state or public property, burglary, hooliganism and car theft have been detected.
Over the past 3 days, 34 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 9 persons died, 51 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
