Crime news daily report

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 92 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from 14 to 15 December, 7 of which were earlier committed crimes.

In particular, 25 cases of personal theft, 23 cases of causing bodily harm, 11 cases of drug detection, 5 cases of fraud, 2 cases of squandering or embezzlement, illegal felling of trees, grave insult, battery and domestic violence, 1 case of kidnapping, robbery, intentional destruction of property, hooliganism, abuse of office, Illicit sowing or growing of plants containing narcotic, psychotropic (psychoactive), drastic or toxic substances cultivation of which is prohibited, failure to undertake measures prescribed by law for suspension, prevention of unauthorised seizure of lands falling under the ownership of the State or a community, as well as unauthorised construction of buildings and premises, destruction or damage of historical and cultural monuments, failure to perform or improper performance of professional duties by medical and support personnel, arbitrariness and forgery, sale or use of documents, stamps, seals, forms, registration of means of transport.
1 missing person has been located, 4 wanted persons have been detained, 6 others turned themselves in to the Police.
1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 5 cases of personal theft, 1 case of robbery and car theft have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 17 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 20 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
