Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (December 17-18)

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 48 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from December 17 to December 18.
In particular, 14 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 8 cases of fraud, 6 cases of theft of personal property, 3 cases of illegal felling of trees and battery, 2 cases of kidnapping, burglary, violation of electoral right and death threats, 1 case of robbery, squandering or embezzlement, evasion from taxes, smuggling, official forgery or negligence, battery, torture, falsification of elections or voting results, violation of the secrecy of voting.
2 wanted people have been detected and 6 others surrendered themselves to the Police, 2 missing people have been detected.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of theft of personal property, 2 cases of burglary, 1 case of illegal felling of trees and road traffic accident have been solved, 1 case of seizure of arms and ammunition has been registered.
Over the past 1 day, 9 accidents have been registered in the republic: 2 persons died, 17 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
