According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 64 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 18 to July 19, 5 of which were previously committed crimes.
In particular, 12 cases of causing bodily harm, 10 cases of fraud, 8 cases of personal theft, 5 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, 3 cases of tax evasion, official forgery or official negligence and cultivation of drugs prohibited for cultivation and 2 cases of intentional destruction of property and illegal felling of trees, 1 case of murder, burglary, poaching, abuse of office, battery, unlawful deprivation of freedom, improper execution of their professional responsibilities by health workers, deliberate evasion from the decision on immediate intervention, obstructing communication between child and parent or other close relative, violation of the privacy of home.
3 wanted persons have been detected, 2 others turned themselves in to the Police, 1 missing person has been found, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 4 cases of personal theft and 1 case of infliction of bodily injuries have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 17 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 17 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
