Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (March 28-29)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 37 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from March 28 to March 29.
In particular, 15 cases of theft of personal property, 5 cases of fraud, 2 cases of official forgery or official negligence, 1 case of car theft, 1 case of detection of narcotics, 4 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 2 cases of hooliganism, 1 case of kidnapping, 1 case of robbery, 1 case theft of state or public property, 1 case of squandering or embezzlement, 1 cases of abuse of official powers.
In the meanwhile, 1 case of seizure of arms and ammunition was registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of theft of personal property has been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 4 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 3 persons died, 3 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
