Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (30.09.2016-03.10.2016)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 19 out of 20 cases of infliction of bodily injuries registered in the territory of the Republic from September 30 to October 3, as well as 14 cases of theft, 9 cases of swindling, 2 cases of tax evasion, 1 case of squandering, 1 case of extortion, 1 case of destruction of property, 1 case of cybercrime and 1 case of hooliganism have been solved.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of infliction of bodily injuries and 4 cases of theft have been detected.
Over the past 3 days 37 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 3 persosns died, 48 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
