Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (12.02.2015-13.02.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, all the 3 cases of infliction of bodily damage registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia from February 12 to February 13, as well as 11 cases of theft, 5 cases of swindling and 2 cases of squandering have been solved.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of inflition of bodily damage and 6 cases of theft have been solved.
Over the past 1 day 5 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 5 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
