Crime news daily report

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 62 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from 15 to 16 December, 9 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 11 cases of personal theft, 7 cases of fraud, 6 cases of causing bodily harm, 4 cases of drug detection, 3 cases of illegal felling of trees, domestic violence, 2 cases by official powers and Intentional failure to fulfil decision on urgent interference, 1 case of rape or attempted rape , misappropriation or embezzlement, theft of a vehicle, counterfeiting, confiscation of weapons and ammunition, bribery, battery, threats of murder, granting or receiving or maintaining the highest status in the criminal hierarchy, forgery of a document, unlawfully separating a child from the parents or persons in charge of the upbringing of and care for the child or replacing the child, illegal collection, storage, use or dissemination of information on private or family life, arbitrariness, abuse of powers by officers of commercial or other organisationsand drug trafficking.
1 missing person has been located, 8 wanted persons have been detained, 6 others turned themselves in to the Police.
2 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 5 cases of personal theft, 2 cases of car theft, 1 case of causing bodily injuries and burglary have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 11 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 3 persons died, 10 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
