According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 66 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from February 18 to February 19, 3 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 29 cases of personal theft, 7 cases of causing bodily harm and fraud, 4 cases of squandering or embezzlement and detection of drugs, 2 cases of intentional destruction of property, 1 case of kidnapping, illegal or false entrepreneurial activity, tax evasion, bribery, state treason, forcing testimony by the judge, by the prosecutor, by the investigator or by the person in charge of inquiry, failure to comply with a decision on urgent intervention or a decision to protect, battery or improper performance by doctors of professional duties.
1 missing person has been located, 5 wanted persons have been detained, 5 others turned themselves in to the Police.
5 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 2 cases of personal theft and 1 case of burglary have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 15 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 24 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
