Man wanted in France detained at Bagratashen checkpoint

On November 18, 44-year-old Gia A. was found at the Bagratashen checkpoint and taken to Bagratashen subdivision of the RA Police. The man had been wanted through Interpol channels at the initiative of France on charges of several articles since August 4, 2020.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The Interpol NCB in Armenia has been notified of Gia A.’s detection.
