Young man wanted for hooliganism detained at "Surmalu" fair

On Monday, August 10 at 4:45 p.m. Seyran M., DOB 1988, was detaiend at "Surmalu" fair, Yerevan following special measures taken by officers from Yerevan City Department of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by Bazum police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 4 /hooliganism/ since February 13, 2014.
