Man wanted for especially large-scale swindling detained in Tbilisi after 4-year hunt

On Friday December 26 at 7 p.m. Mkrtich M., DOB 1971, who had been arrested in Tbilisi on April 10, 2014, following special measures taken by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the rA Police alongside their colleagues from the Central Department of Criminal Police of the Georgian MIA, was transported from Georgia to Armenia under the escort of GDCI officers. The man had been wated under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 3, point 1 /swindling committed on an especially large-scale/ since October 7, 2010.
