3 young men wanted for kidnapping turn themselves in

On Saturday December 20 at 12:05 p.m. Aziz S., DOB 1989, Armen H., DOB 1991, and Mame M., DOB 1996, turned themselves in following special measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Vagharshapat police division. The young men had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131, part 2, points 1 and 4 /kidnapping/ since December 10, 2014.
