Man wanted for hooliganism turns himself in at Gavar police division

Armen O., DOB 1963, turned himself in at Gavar police division following special measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Gegharkunik Marz Department along with their colleagues from Gavar division of the RA Police. The man had been wanted under the RA criminal Code, article 258, part 1 (hooliganism) since december 25, 2015.
