Tbilisi doesn't become a safe haven for man wanted for banditry
At 17:35 on October 9 officers of the General department of criminal intelligence of Police of the Republic of Armenia detected Arman M., DOB 1978, in Tbilisi, Georgia. The man had been wanted by Central police division charged with banditry since October 15, 2005.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
