On August 16, at 16:00, thanks to the explanatory works, carried out by officers of Arabkir police division, within the complex prophylactic measures of “Cannabis-Poppy-2013” operation, Aram Q., DOB 1992, came to the police voluntarily . The latter had been wanted for hooliganism since August 13 of the current year.
