Man reported missing by law enforcement bodies of Moscow city, detained at Bagratashen BCP

On Thursday March 12 at 1:45 a.m. Gagik N., DOB 1947, was taken to Bagratashen police division. The man had been declared missing by law enforcement bodies of Moscow city since August 29, 2013.
