Theft fugitive detained in Arshaluys village

Edgar Gh., DOB 1981, was detained in Arshaluys village following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Armavir police division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 1, points 2 and 3 /theft/ since March 5, 2015.
