On charges of kidnapping committed by a group of persons with prior agreement

Thanks to the special measures carried out by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence, Karen H., DOB 1979, was detained in Moscow and transported to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight. The man had been wanted under the RA criminal Code, article 131, part 2, point 1 /kidnapping committed by a group of persons with prior agreement/ since May 14, 2015.
