Teenager wanted for intentional infliction of grave damage to health turns himself in

A few days ago Karen K., DOB 1995, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers of Kumayri police division. Karen K. had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 112, part 1 /intentional infliction of grave damage to health/.
