On Wednesday, September 30 at 7:30 a.m. Harutyun S., DOB 1983, was detained in the village of Griboyedov following special measures taken by officers from Amarvir Marz Department along with their colleagues from Vagharshapat and Armavir divisionс of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 113, part 1 /intentional infliction of grave damage to health/ since Aguust 10, 2015.
