Man wanted by Russian law enforcers detained

Armenian law enforcers have detained Andranik H., DOB 1988, who had been wanted by Department of Russian MIA for Nizhegorodskaya oblast, charged for theft since July 1, 2014.
The initiator of the intelligence and the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Malatya-Sebastia administrative district have been notified of Andranik H.'s detection.
