On charges of theft committed by a group of persons by previous concert

Thanks to the special measures taken by officers from Artik police division, Artur N., DOB 1981, was detained in Horom village of Shirak marz. 
The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2, point 1 /theft committed by a group of persons by previous concert/ since November 19, 2015.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
Emil H. has been handed over to «Artik» Criminal-Executive institution of the RA Ministry of Justice.
