Wanted man detained in Yerevan

On Thursday October 16 at 5 p.m. Rafik A., DOB 1952, was detained on Arzumanyan street, Yerevan, following special measures taken by officers of Kapan police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, article 177, part 1 /theft/ since September 22, 2014.
