After 4 years on the run fugitive swindler detained at Yerevan's "Zvartnots" airport

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Stepanavan police division Norayr H., DOB 1980, was detained at Yerevan's «Zvartnots» airport on Thursday, October 29 at 7:50 a.m. The detainee had been wanted udner the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling/ since July 16, 2011.
