20-year-old wanted man detained at Bagratashen BCP

On Thursday, January 21 at 7:30 a.m. Ruslan N., DOB 1996, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Arabkir police division. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 3, point 1 since December 10, 2015.
