Man wanted by Russian law enforcers for committing rape detained in Armenia's Karbi village

Thanks to the operational Intelligence measures carried out by officers from Gavar police division, Manvel G., DOB 1984, was detained in Karbi village of Aragatsotn marz. The man had been wanted by law enfоrcement bodies of the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia under the Russian Criminal Code, article 131, part 1 /rape/.
