After 7 years on the run wanted man detained at Bagratashen BCP

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Aparan police division, Elbrus G., DOB 1998, was detained at Bagratashen BCP. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article  34-177, part 2, point 1 /attempted theft/ since November 9, 2009.
