Police Detain a Man Wanted by Interpol on a Number of Charges

As a result of the joint measures carried out by the by the criminal detectives of the Main Department of the Criminal Police of the RA MIA, on April 17, Stepan T. was found in the courtyard of one of the buildings on Halabyan Street. He was arrested and transferred to the Mashtots Police division. The 72-year-old man had been under international investigation by Interpol, accused of several articles of the Criminal Code of the French Republic.
Arrest has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The NCB of Interpol in Armenia has been notified of Stepan T.’s detection.
