On Saturday November 29, 2014, Astghhik Kh., DOB 1974, was detained  following special measures taken by officers of Arabkir police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 316, part 1 /using violence against a representative of authorities/ since November 29, 2014.
