On charge of using violence against a representative of authorities

Thanks to the explanatory works carried out by officers of the General department of criminal intelligence of the RA police, at 13:15, on august 10, David D., DOB 1968, came to the police voluntarily. The man had been wanted by Moscow law enforcers charged under article 318, section 1 /using violence against a representative of authorities/ of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation since December 7, 2001.
