Zvartnots airport’s police officers detain citizen of Sweden wanted by Iranian law enforcement authorities

As a result of the operational-search measures carried out by officers of “Zvartnots” airport Police Line division as part of the preventive operation “Search-2019” 40-year-old Sedged S., citizen of the Kingdom of Sweden, was detained at Zvartnots airport on June 5, at 9.40 am after the arrival of Moscow – Yerevan flight. The detainee had been wanted by law-enforcement authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran for fraud since December 9, 2016.
