Haykaram M., DOB 1962, was detained at "Bavra" BCP following special measures taken by officers from Ashotsk police division along with border troops servicemen of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. The man had been wanted by Kumayri police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, artice 193 /deliberate bankruptcy/ since March 21, 2015.
