Fugitive swindler turns himself in to the Police

On Thursday May 15 at 11:30 a.m. Ruben A., DOB 1984, turned himself in at the Central police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since May 14 of this year.
