Swindler fugitive detained in Ararat village

Armen M., DOB 1976, was placed under detention by officers of Ararat police division after being detected in Ararat village, Armenia, on Wednesday June 5 at 10 p.m. The man had been wanted  by Artik police division charged for swindling since March 26 of this year.
