Fugitive swindler detained in Yerevan

Artur N., DOB 1971, was detained in Yerevan following special measures taken by officers from Qanaqer-Zeytun police division of the RA Police. The man had been  wanted by Shengavit police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1/swindling/ since February 13, 2015.
