Man wanted for hooliganism turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from the Central police division Sergey K., DOB 1982, turned himself in at the Investigation division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 1 /hooliganism/ since October 29, 2015.
