Young man wanted for large-scale swindling turns himself in

A few days ago Armen A., DOB 1987, turned himself in  following explanatory measures taken by officers of Malatia police division. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /large-scale swindling/ since July 31 of this year.
