On Wednesday August 13 at 11 p.m. Aram P., DOB 1969, was detained following special measures taken by officers of Arabkir police division.
The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 / large-scale swindling/ since November 26, 2013.
