Mother battered to death by her son

On August 25, the police tactical group arrived in Nor-Nork 8-th quarter after receiving a report from an Emergency station and detected Gohar Chilingaryan's, DOB 1949, body in one of the apartments, with traces of scratches and bruises. 
The following day  the woman's son Armen Chilingaryan, DOB 1969, was arrested on suspicion of having committed a murder.
Thanks to the operational search and investigation measures, it was found out that at 18:00 on August 25 Gohar Chilingaryan was battered to death by her own son Armen Chilingaryan.
Armen Chilingaryan is arrested.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated under article 104, section 1 of the RA Criminal code, is underway.
