At 13:00 on March 4 the police officers of Tumanyan police division detained Vardges S., born in 1981, in Tumanyan town. The detainee had been wanted accussed under the article 193 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, i. e. premeditated bankruptcy since March 1.
A written cognizance not to leave has been selected as a measure of restraint.
